Simply put, learning disabilities is a term used to define the condition of someone who has grim issues in learning things which might not be limited to teachers. We all know the feeling- We need to lose 10 pounds because we aren’t able to fit into our favorite pair of skinny jeans after the festive season. The best way to lose weight is to make healthy choices. For breakfast instead of having that fry-up with bacon, eggs and sausages why not try cereal or fruit. Fruit and cereal release energy over a longer period of time thus keeping you fuller for longer. For lunch why not have pasta which is also a slow energy releasing food and you could have raw vegetables such as cucumber and pepper to spice it up a bit.
